Coriander Peanut Chutney

Servings: a small bowl

Cooking Time: 15 minutes


  • 2 cups roughly chopped coriander
  • 1 inch ginger
  • 3-4 green chilies (you can adjust it according to taste)
  • 1/4 cup dry roasted peanuts
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tbsp lime juice


Combine coriander,ginger,green chilies and peanuts in a blender jar and blend it using little water till it is smooth.Add water according to consistency of chutney as per your liking.Now add salt and lime juice and mix nicely. Super easy coriander peanut chutney is ready to be relished with Palak Bhajiya, Masala pin wheels or any snacks of your choice. Enjoy !!
