Cooking Time: 15 minutes
- 2 cups watermelon juice
- 1.5 cups chilled water
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 2 tbsp sugar (adjust it according to taste)
For watermelon juice take approximately 3 cups of seedless watermelon roughly chopped. Add watermelon in a blender jar and blend it nicely to get a smooth puree. Now sieve it with a strainer to get watermelon juice.
In a deep bowl combine water melon juice, water, lemon juice and sugar. Mix all the ingredients nicely. Give it a taste and adjust sugar accordingly.
Pour it equally in two glasses and serve chilled. If you are using room temperature water then refrigerate it for at least 30 minutes and then serve. You can also use ice but adjust watermelon juice, lemon and sugar accordingly as ice can dilute the flavors.
Refreshing and delicious watermelon lemonade is ready to be enjoyed with your friends and family. This lemonade is very healthy also. You can also use honey in place of sugar to make it more healthy. Do try this out friends and please let me know how you like it. Enjoy !!
