Servings: a small bowl
Cooking Time: 10 minutes
Ingredients:
- 1/4 cup plain greek yogurt ( plain thick curd, dahi)
- Salt to taste
- 1/2 tsp black pepper powder
- 1/4 tsp red chilli powder (optional)
- 1 clove of garlic grated
- 2 tbsp coriander finely chopped
Procedure:
Take a bowl and add greek yogurt in it. Whisk it nicely so that it is smooth, now add salt, black pepper powder, red chilli powder, grated garlic and coriander in it. Mix all the ingredients nicely. Cover the bowl with a cling wrap or a plate and keep it in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes or till serving.
Delicious coriander dip is ready to serve with nachos, chips or any appetizer of your choice. Garnish it with little bit of coriander and serve. This dip is super delicious, trust me you can not stop yourself in only one spoon. If greek yogurt is not available then use regular yogurt.
