Cooking Time: 15 minutes
Ingredients:
- 4 cups water
- 1/4 cup sugar (you can adjust it according to taste)
- 2 tbsp ginger juice (you can adjust it according to taste)
- Juice of 1 lime
- 2 tbsp finely chopped mint leaves
- Few wedges of lime for garnishing
Procedure:
Take water in a mixing bowl or jar, add sugar, ginger juice, lime juice and mint leaves. Mix all the ingredients nicely till sugar is dissolved properly. Give it a taste and adjust sugar, lime juice and ginger juice accordingly.
Keep it in the refrigerator for around an hour, so that it gets chilled. If you want to serve it immediately then add some ice cubes in the lemonade. Ice cubes can dilute the lemonade so adjust the ingredients accordingly.
Pour the chilled lemonade equally into two glasses and garnish it with few wedges of lime. Serve it immediately. This is a perfect drink to quench your thirst. Add honey instead of sugar if you want to avoid sugar. Do try this friends and please let me know how you like it. Enjoy !!

How to make ginger juice – Peel and clean some ginger. Grate it on a plate and then take the grated ginger in your hands and squeeze it tightly over a small bowl. Ta da ginger juice is ready in no time.
