Today I am posting recipe for Chocolate Ganache. This ganache recipe requires only two ingredients and takes only 10 minutes. It is very decadent and ulta chocolaty. It is very versatile, you can use it as a frosting on cake, or just spoon some warm ganache over brownies, or spoon some over ice cream, or just add a spoon of ganache in your everyday milk and make it yummy. It can be used in numerous ways. So here is the recipe of Chocolate Ganache.
Serving: a medium bowl
Cooking Time: 10 minutes
- 1 cup heavy cream/ fresh cream (approx 200 ml)
- 2 cups semi sweet chocolate chips
Take heavy cream/fresh cream in a pan and bring it to boil.Keep the gas on low to medium heat.
Take chocolate chips in a deep bowl and when heavy cream starts boiling add it to the chocolate chips and leave it for around 2 minutes. Then with a spoon stir it nicely to mix chocolate and cream together.
Chocolate Ganache is ready in a jiff. Let it cool and then apply on cakes or pour it in a glass jar and store it in refrigerator and use it in any way you like.After refrigerating it will get little thick, then take it out in a microwave safe bowl and microwave for 10-15 seconds, it will again come in its original form. Pour warm ganache over vanilla ice cream, sprinkle some nuts and ice cream sundae is ready in no time. This chocolate ganache is perfect for all the chocoholics.
