Mango Lemonade

Servings: 2

Cooking Time: 10 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 1 medium sized mango/ 1/2 cup mango puree
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • 3-4 tbsp sugar (you can add more if you like more sweet or adjust according to the sweetness of mango)
  • 3 cups chilled water
  • Few lime wedges for garnishing

Procedure:

Peel and chop mango roughly and grind it in a blender to make smooth mango puree, if required add little water while grinding to get a smooth texture. If you have store bought mango puree then you can use that too.

In a big bowl, add mango puree, sugar and lime juice, mix it nicely till sugar is dissolved completely. Then add chilled water in it and mix it nicely. Then give it a taste, adjust sugar and lime juice according to taste.

Mango Lemonade 1

Super refreshing mango lemonade is ready yo be served. Pour lemonade equally in two glasses, garnish with lime wedges and serve. Use chilled water or if using normal water, refrigerate it for sometime. Avoid using ice as it will dilute the lemonade and will not taste good.
