Coriander Mint Chutney

Servings: a small bowl

Cooking Time: 15 minutes


  • 1 cup coriander leaves (Dhaniya patti,cilantro)
  • 1 cup mint leaves (pudina)
  • 4 green chillies (you can adjust it according to taste)
  • 1 inch ginger
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • salt according to taste


Step 1: Wash and chop coriander and mint leaves roughly and combine coriander leaves,mint leaves,green chillies,ginger and garlic in a blender and blend it to a smooth paste.

Step 2: Now add lemon juice and salt and mix it well.Tangy and chilli coriander and mint chutney is ready.Enjoy!!

Handy Tip:

Store this chutney in a jar and refrigerate it.It will be good to use for around 10 days.
