- 1 cup raw mango peeled and chopped roughly
- Half onion chopped roughly
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1 tsp red chilli powder ( you can adjust it according to taste)
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- Salt to taste
- Water as required
Combine chopped mango,onion,garlic,red chilli powder,lime juice and salt in a blender jar and blend it into a smooth paste using water as required.Pour it in a glass jar and keep it in refrigerator. It is good for about a week in refrigerator. Raw mango chutney is ready to be served with any of your meal. Do try this and let me know how you like it.Enjoy !!
