Coriander Chutney

Servings: a medium bowl

Cooking Time: 10 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 2 cup roughly chopped coriander
  • 3-4 green chillies (you can adjust it according to taste)
  • 1 tbsp ginger
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 tbsp lime juice

Procedure:

Combine all the ingredients in a blender jar and blend it to a smooth paste.Super easy and quick coriander chutney is ready to be enjoyed with any dish of your choice.You can store it in an air tight container and refrigerate it.It is good for about 10 days when refrigerated. Enjoy!!
