Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup fresh mint leaves
- 3 tbsp sugar
- 2 tbsp lime juice
- 1 tbsp ginger juice
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 tsp chaat masala powder
- Chilled Soda/Sprite
- Few fresh mint leaves and lemon wedges for garnishing.
Procedure:
Step 1: Blend the mint leaves in a blender with around 1/4 cup of water till it is of smooth consistency.
Step 2: In a bowl combine mint puree,sugar,lemon juice,ginger juice ,salt and chaat masala. Mix it nicely.
Step 3: Take 2 glasses and pour the concentrate prepared in step 2 in both the glasses.Then add chilled soda and garnish with mint leaves and lemon wedges and serve.If you want you can add some ice cubes also.Enjoy !!
Handy Tip:
You can make this concentrate little ahead of time and keep it in refrigerator.Before serving just pour chilled soda,garnish and serve.
