Ingredients:
- 1 cup yogurt/curd
- 1/2 cup water
- Salt to taste
- 2 tsp roasted cumin powder
- 1 tsp rock salt
- 1 tsp red chilli powder
- 1 tsp sugar (optional)
- 1/2 cup boondi
- 1 tbsp coriander finely chopped
Procedure:
Step 1: Take curd in a deep bowl,add water and whisk until smooth.You can adjust water according to the consistency of raita of your liking.
Step 2: Add Salt,cumin powder,rock salt,red chilli powder,sugar,boondi and coriander.Mix nicely.If you are using chilled curd then do not need to refrigerate,otherwise refrigerate it for at least 15 minutes. Raita taste best when cold.Serve with aloo paratha, biryani or any pulav of your choice.Enjoy !!
