Ingredients:
- 1.5 cup cold milk (use whole milk for better taste)
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1/4 cup roughly chopped fresh strawberry
- 1/4 cup fresh raspberry
- 1/4 cup fresh black berry
- mint leaves and some mixed berries for garnishing
Procedure:
Combine all the ingredients in a blender jar and blend until smooth.Pour equally in two glasses,garnish with mint leaves and berries and serve.Enjoy !!
Handy Tip:
To make this milkshake more health,you can use low fat milk and honey instead of whole milk and sugar.
