Cooking Time: 10 minutes
- 1.5 cup fresh pineapple/frozen pineapple
- 1.5 cup fresh peach/ frozen peach
- 2 cup cold apple juice
Combine all the ingredients in a blender jar and blend until smooth.Pour equally in two glasses and serve.You can also add some ice while blending.We are not adding any sugar in this smoothie as fruits and juice are already sweet and they balance the sweetness very nicely but if you want to add sugar then first taste it then add.You can also add honey instead of sugar to make it more healthy.Enjoy !!
