Mint Masti

Servings: 2

Cooking Time: 10 minutes


  • 1/2 cup fresh mint leaves
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp ginger juice
  • 1 tsp salt
  • white pepper according to taste
  • Chilled soda/sprite
  • Some mint leaves and lemon wedges for garnishing.


Step 1: Blend the mint leaves in a blender with around 1/4 cup of water till it is of smooth consistency.

Step 2: In a bowl combine mint puree,sugar,lemon juice,ginger juice salt and pepper.Mix it nicely.

Step 3: Take 2 glasses and pour the mixture in both the glasses.Then add chilled soda and garnish with mint leaves and lemon wedges and serve.If you want you can add some ice cubes also.Enjoy !!
