Cranberry Mint Lemonade

For cranberry mint puree

  • 2 cups cranberry
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/4 cup fresh mint leaves

For cranberry mint lemonade

  • 4 tbsp lime juice
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 4 cup water
  • 8 tbsp cranberry mint puree
  • mint leaves for garnishing


Step 1: First of all we will make cranberry mint puree.In a pan combine cranberry,sugar and 1/2 cup water and put it on medium heat.

Step 2: Cover the pan and cook till cranberries stop popping.Keep stirring in between.You can also smash some of the cranberries.I will take about 10-15 minutes.When all the cranberries is soft and cooked properly then take it off from the gas.Let it cool completely and the pour it in a blender ,add 1/2 cup water and mint leaves.Blend it till it is a smooth paste.Now you can use it at it is or you can sieve the puree to get more smooth consistency and then pour it in air tight jar and refrigerate it.Now you can use it when ever you feel like having a refreshing drink.

Step 3: In a jar combine lime juice,sugar ,water and puree and stir it nicely.Chill it in a refrigerator for about half an hour.If you want to use it immediately then you can add some ice cubes.Pour it in a glass and garnish with some mint leaves.Enjoy !!
