Cooking Time: 20 minutes
- 1 1/2 cup all purpose flour (Maida)
- 3/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1 cup curd
- 1 tsp vanilla essence
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
- Milk as required(approx 1/2 cup)
- Butter for greasing the waffle maker.
Step 1: Take a deep bowl and mix curd and sugar together then add baking powder and baking soda.Mix well.
Step 2: Now add flour in small batches and mix the batter nicely by using little milk at a time.Now add vanilla essence and chocolate chips in the batter.
Step 3: The batter should neither be very thick as a cake batter nor very runny.The batter should be little runny in texture so that you can pour it in the waffle maker easily.
Step 4: Now grease the waffle maker with butter and then pour one spoon full of batter in one section,close the lid of waffle maker.It takes approx 5 minutes for the waffle to cook.You can open the lid when the waffle maker shows the signs of cooked.
Step 5: Smoky hot waffle is ready to be enjoyed in this coming winter.You can top the waffle as you like.Chocolate lovers can top it up with more chocolate chips and chocolate sauce,you can also top it up with any ice cream of your choice and can also add some fresh fruits to make it more delicious.Enjoy !!
