Strawberry and Kiwi Fruit Cream

Cooking Time: 25 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 3/4  cup heavy cream
  • 1 tbsp sugar (you can adjust it according to taste)
  • 1 tbsp vanilla extract
  • 1 kiwi chopped into small cubes
  • 3 medium size strawberry chopped into small cubes
  • 5 medium size strawberry thinly sliced for garnishing
  • 2 tbsp chocolate chips
  • 1 tbsp white chocolate chips

Procedure:

Step 1: Take heavy cream in a deep bowl,add sugar and vanilla extract and whip it till high peaks are formed.Whip the cream nicely.It takes around 5-7 minutes.

Step 2: Take any glass of your choice in which you want to serve the fruit cream,put some strawberry and kiwi pieces in the bottom of the glass.Also add some chocolate chips and white chocolate chips.Then with the help of piping bag or with spoon add one layer of cream which we prepared in step 1.Like this build one more layer.

Step 3: You can garnish the fruit cream in any manner you like,in this recipe i have made flower with help of strawberry slices and chocolate chips.Take the strawberry slices and arrange them in circle all around the glass.Make two circles and then in between add some chocolate chips.It will look like in the picture given below:

Strawberry and Kiwi fruit cream is ready to be served.You can keep it in refrigerator for 30 minutes before serving.It taste best when its chilled.This desert can be made ahead of time.Super easy and tasty desert is ready with very little efforts.Enjoy !!

Handy Tip:

Instead of strawberry and kiwi you can add any fruit as per availability and as per your liking.
