Pudina Ki Chutney

Servings: a small bowl

Cooking Time: 10 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup fresh mint leaves (pudina)
  • 1/2 cup coriander leaves(dhania)
  • 1/4 cup onion roughly chopped
  • green chillies according to taste
  • 1 inch long ginger
  • salt to taste
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

Procedure:

Combine all the ingredients in a blender and blend it to a smooth paste.Then take it out in a bowl and add salt to it.Serve it with any appetizer of your choice.Enjoy !!
