Ingredients:
- 1 cup mint leaves (pudina)
- 4-5 green chillies
- small piece of ginger
- 1 clove of garlic
- salt to taste
- 1/2 cup thick curd
- 1/2 tsp pepper powder
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp lemon juice
Procedure:
Step 1: Wash pudina/mint leaves,green chillies,ginger and give a rough chop.
Step 2: Combine mint leaves,green chillies,ginger and garlic in a blender and blend it to a smooth paste.
Step 3: Whisk the curd to have a smooth texture and then add mint paste,salt,sugar,pepper powder and lemon juice in it.Mix all the ingredients nicely.The dip is ready, you can enjoy it with any kind of vada or tandoori recipes.Enjoy !!
