Cranberry Sauce

Servings: a medium bowl

Cooking Time: 20 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups fresh cranberry
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup water

Procedure:

Step 1: In a pan combine cranberry,sugar and water and put it on medium heat.

Step 2: Cover the pan and cook till cranberries stop popping.Keep stirring in between.You can also smash some of the cranberries for thicker consistency.When you have thick consistency of sauce.then yummy cranberry sauce is ready.Let it cool completely and then pour it in air tight jar and refrigerate it.

You can use this sweet and tart cranberry sauce in many different ways,like on a toast,as a topping on ice cream, to make pies and many more.Enjoy !!
