Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup mint leaves
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 4 cup water
- Juice of 1 lime
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp chaat masala
- Few mint leaves for dressing
Procedure:
Step 1: Take mint leaves and 1/4th cup of water in a blender and make a smooth paste.
Step 2: Mix sugar in rest of the water and then add mint paste, lime juice, salt and chaat masala. You can adjust the sweetness according to your taste. Add mint leaves and chill it for about half an hour. If you want to serve it immediately then add chilled water and some ice. Enjoy!!
