Ginger Orange Spritzer

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup fresh orange juice
  • 2 tbsp fresh ginger juice
  • 1 tbsp honey (optional) (if orange is too sour in taste)
  • 2 cups mango sparkling water ( you can also use plain sparkling water or plain soda as well)
  • Half wedge of a lime
  • 1 tbsp chaat masala
  • Few lime or lemon wedges (optional)

Procedure:

In a bowl combine fresh orange juice, fresh ginger juice and honey (you can also use normal sugar or brown sugar instead of honey).Mix it nicely so that honey is nicely dissolved in it.

Take any glass in which you want to serve this, and rub half of the lime wedge around the rim of the glass and then take chaat masala on a plate and dip the glass upside down in the chaat masala so the rim of the glass which we have rubbed with lime gets cover with the chaat masala.

Now pour orange and ginger juice mixture into glasses equally and the top it with chilled mango sparkling water. Add some lime wedges in the spritzer and serve chilled. This is perfect for parties, you can get the glasses ready by poring the juice mixture and just top with sparkling water as guests arrives. Do try this and let me know how you like it. Enjoy !!
