Chocolatey Cake Bites

Hello Friends,

Today I am going to post recipe for chocolaty cake bites. These are very delicious and very easy to make. As now festive season is here, these are perfect for gifting also. Put these cake bites in individual paper cups and then pack them in a beautiful box and your Diwali gift is ready. Whats better than a box full of cakes covered in chocolate. Do try this Cake bites this Diwali and share it among your friends and family.

Servings: 15-16 pieces

Cooking Time: 15 minutes except freezing time

Ingredients:

Chocolate sponge cake cut into bite size pieces (Get the recipe on a click)
1/2 cup chocolate ganache (Get the recipe on a click)
2 tbsp white chocolate chips
Orange sparkling icing gel (optional)

Procedure:

Get the ingredients ready for the cake bites.

Dip one piece of cake in ganache and cover it nicely with ganache using a spoon.

Line a plate with a butter paper or parchment paper and keep it aside. Then with the help of a fork take out the cake piece and tap it at the edges of a bowl so that all the extra ganache will flow back in the bowl. Then place the cake piece on the plate lined with butter paper carefully with the help of fork and spoon.

Like this dip all the cake pieces and place it on the plate. Now keep it in the freezer for at least 2-3 hours or till it is firm

It will look like the picture given above after freezing .

Now melt white chocolate and drizzle it on the cake bites and then decorate it with orange sparkling icing gel in any pattern you like.Then freeze them again for at least 5-6 hours or over night. Then take it out and enjoy it with your friends and family. Store it in air tight container and keep it refrigerated.

Super delicious chocolaty cake bites are ready. You can decorate cake bites in any way you like.You can cover them with finely chopped nuts, or finely chopped m&m candies, or drizzle caramel sauce on them or cover them with rainbow sprinkles etc etc. You can also make these with vanilla sponge cake in place of chocolate sponge cake.
